Agreement to These Terms
By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, or using our website, services, or programs, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If someone accepts these terms on your behalf, you agree they are authorized to do so.
Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Unless you opt out on time (as described below), you agree that any dispute related to Essentia Wellness, our website, or services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. This means you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or class arbitration.
About Essentia Wellness & Our Services
Essentia Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides wellness services and may facilitate access to licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations. If clinically appropriate, a provider may prescribe medication, which may be fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy.
Essentia Wellness does not practice medicine and does not control clinical decisions. Any medical care is provided solely by the independent licensed providers. A provider–patient relationship may be formed with the provider (and pharmacy), not with Essentia Wellness.
Telehealth Consent
By using our service, you understand that care may be provided through telehealth (electronic communication). Telehealth has benefits and limitations and is not appropriate for every condition. You will be required to review and accept a separate Telehealth Consent.
Prescription Products
Prescription products require review by a licensed provider and are only prescribed when clinically appropriate. If prescribed, the prescription may be filled by a partner pharmacy selected based on location and availability, and shipped to you. Packaging may not be child-resistant—please store medications safely and away from children.
Payment & Insurance
Essentia Wellness and partner providers/pharmacies typically do not bill insurance or government healthcare programs (such as Medicare/Medicaid). Services are generally offered on a self-pay basis, and you are responsible for all charges.
Eligibility & Proper Use
Our services are available only in states where we operate and to individuals who meet age and other eligibility requirements. You agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate, complete information. A provider may determine that your needs require in-person care and that telehealth is not appropriate.
Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Some health information may be protected under applicable laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and share information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service (including hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, harassment, unlawful activity, malware distribution, or violating others’ rights). We may suspend or terminate access for suspected or actual violations.
Third-Party Services
Some services (including medical care and pharmacy fulfillment) may be provided by third parties. Any interactions with third parties may be subject to their terms, and Essentia Wellness is not responsible for third-party services beyond what is required by law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essentia Wellness disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages related to your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if needed, including for violations of these terms or if services are discontinued.
